Right of withdrawal and returns

Have you placed an order with Nuts4All as a consumer and would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal? On this page you can read how this works.

Cooling-off period

For online purchases, you generally have a 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day after you, or a third party designated by you, receives the order.

Within this period, you can let us know without giving any reason that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase via the withdrawal function on our website, via the model withdrawal form, or by informing us in another clear way that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After an online withdrawal, you will receive a confirmation.

Food products and opened packaging

Nuts4All sells food products.

Where a product has been sealed for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of withdrawal may expire once the seal, closure or packaging has been opened or broken after delivery.

This is separate from any complaints about product quality. If there is something wrong with the quality, please always contact us. Of course, we stand behind the quality of our products.

Returning products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the relevant products.

The direct costs of returning the products in the event of withdrawal are borne by the consumer.

Please package the products carefully and preferably keep the proof of shipment and the track-and-trace details.

Refund

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund the amount due within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notification.

If the entire order is withdrawn, the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option will also be refunded.

We may wait with the refund until we have received the products, or until you have provided proof that the products have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The refund will in principle be made using the same payment method used for the original order.

Business orders

For business orders, the agreements and conditions agreed with Nuts4All apply. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to such orders.
