Preparation tip

If you prefer a softer texture, rehydrate the peaches. Rinse briefly, cover generously with water and bring to a short boil. The poaching liquid can be lightly thickened with cornstarch (maizena) and served with the fruit, for example with desserts or warm dishes.

How to use

Chop the peaches into pieces for yoghurt, salads or baking mixes. They’re also convenient to eat straight from the packet for a quick, portable snack.

Storage

Store dried peaches in a cool, dry place. After opening, keep well sealed to preserve quality and flavour as long as possible.
